We have varied styles of yoga for you to experience all in a bright and spacious area. We offer classical yogas such as Ashtanga vinyasa and Hatha yoga as well as some of the new ways to experience this ancient art such as Seasonal flow yoga. We also host several workshops throughout the year with some of the world's best yoga teachers, such as Manju Jois, David Keil, Paul Dallaghan, Sean Corne and Duncan Wong.
